This is Oregon's western edge, a place shaped more by weather than by people. Then you get lower, closer to the water, and the surf takes over.

Tucked along a rugged stretch of shoreline in Point Reyes National Seashore, Secret Beach and its remarkable Skylight Cave are exactly that kind of place.
