This study evaluated the relationship between the TyG and PRRF measures, including surgery duration, intraoperative blood loss, length of hospital stay, hospitalization costs, duration of postoperative vaginal bleeding, and time to menstrual recovery. The study focused on patients with type II CSP undergoing transvaginal surgery. The results indicated a significant correlation between TyG and hospitalization costs among all PRRF studied.
