Derek Davis’s Biography
Currently Nub News regional editor (Suffolk) and loving producing hyperlocal, community news stories for the Shotley peninsula and Felixstowe pages. I continue to freelance for the Winrow Whittle Agency coving football, mainly in East Anglia, so that is Norwich City, Ipswich Town, Colchester United and Southend. I also cover non-league football, with Felixstowe & Walton United and Brantham Athletic the relative big boys in our area.
In the past I have worked for the East Anglian Daily Times, Stoke Sentinel and Colchester Gazette.
I have also had bylines in the Sunday Times, The Times, The Sunday and Daily Telegraph, Independent, i Paper, Sunday and Daily Mirror, Sunday and Daily Express, and Daily Star, never mind a few abroad.
