The ballot measure addresses water contamination from PFAS chemicals—a byproduct of firefighting foam used at Spokane Airport. COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho,-- A Coeur d'Alene man who lost some of his fingers in a fireworks accident is warning parents and kids about fireworks. Randy Tetzner lost two and half fingers while playing with fireworks when he was 13. He said it changed the course of his life and he hopes others won't make the same mistake. He said some oversight from his parents could have prevented the accident.
