As of June 2026, 731 banks were live on the Unified Payments Interface (UPI), which processed 22.7 billion transactions, while more than 1,000 financial entities were live on the Account Aggregator framework powered by Sahamati.

Beyond the Pitch Book: What Private Credit Data Shows and What Allocators Should Ask
Private credit deserves scrutiny, but the scrutiny has to be precise. Much of the current debate is driven by US market stress, especially in semi-liquid vehicles that offer periodic redemptions while holding loans that are not naturally liquid. For investors in Europe and Asia, the more useful conclusion is this: do not import the US narrative at face value, but do import the discipline.

Simplify, Ring Fence, and Prepare: Insights from Tan Woon Hum
The machinery of global tax transparency is no longer a policy ambition. It is an operational reality, and it is moving at a speed that has caught many advisers and their clients off guard. The combination of more coordinated governments, more sophisticated data exchange frameworks, and the accelerating application of artificial intelligence to tax enforcement has created an environment in which complexity is no longer a shield but a liability.

It surfaces with particular intensity at the beginning of every union budget cycle, recedes when no announcement materialises, and then returns the following year with renewed urgency.

Beyond the Structure: Wealth Planning's New Imperatives in Asia's Evolving Landscape: Insights from Zac Lucas
For all the sophistication that Asia's wealth planning industry has developed over the past two decades, one stubborn truth remains: most families still do not act in time. The structures exist, the advisory expertise is available, and the risks of inaction are well understood, yet the majority of first-generation wealth holders defer the most consequential decisions until it is too late to implement them properly.

Apoptotic modulators enhance oncolytic virus-induced cytokine killing in acute myeloid leukaemia (AML)
Abstract Approximately 3000 adult patients are diagnosed with AML in the UK each year. Current intensive treatments are not well-tolerated by elderly patients, and the 5-year survival rate is only 5–15%, highlighting the need for novel and effective therapies. Oncolytic viruses (OVs) preferentially replicate in cancer cells, resulting in direct oncolysis and induction of innate and adaptive anti-tumour immunity. Unfortunately, the efficacy of OVs remains relatively unexplored in AML.

A healthy credit history not only increases your chances of getting your home loan approved but can also help you secure lower interest rates and better terms, making your home more affordable over time. For instance, long-standing accounts indicate reliability. So, if you know you intend to borrow soon for a house purchase, don’t close old credit cards or loan accounts.
