Former Texas A&M F reuniting with Wizards in blockbuster NBA trade Original

July 8, 2026, 3:16 p.m. CT A blockbuster NBA trade reunited a former Texas A&M forward with the Washington Wizards via a sign-and-trade deal with the Dallas Mavericks on Tuesday. Free agent Khris Middleton, who played for the Aggies from 2009 to 2012, agreed on a three-year, $17.6 million deal with the Wizards, where he spent portions of the last two seasons. Middleton spent 12 years of his professional career with the Milwaukee Bucks before being traded to Washington in 2025.
