What does it mean to be a journalist?
You're not writing for yourself; you're not writing for the subject of your piece. You're writing for everyone else.

It's not a hashtag, but I laughed when Hillary Clinton told Donald Trump "Delete your account."

Scrivener, Procreate, Photoshop, and Word.

Why did you become a journalist?
I am curious about the world, and want to share the paths my curiosity takes me down.

I was too busy drawing portraits of friends and doing the homework in the hallway immediately before it was due.
What story are you most proud of writing or working on?
I am most proud of an open letter to sexual assault survivors that I created for The Lily.

Your story should be shorter than you think. Prioritize!
