Toowoomba woman Natalie Verdouw was an executive with an important job and sat on the board of a not-for-profit. She describes herself as active, independent and adventurous. "I used to ride a motorbike, look after my house and garden, travel, live overseas, work overseas, and I had a number of hobbies that I enjoyed," she said.
