Emily Greenhalgh (she/her) is a marine biologist-turned-science communicator at the Marine Biological Laboratory in Woods Hole, MA. ​Emily has nearly a decade of science writing experience, a master's in Science Journalism from Boston University, and a bachelor's degree in marine biology from the University of Rhode Island. She has worked on commercial fishing boats, for federal and nonprofit institutions, and has led multiple cross-agency social media campaigns.
