Well, it's just something that's been in the making for *** long time, 15th year down here in New Orleans, and obviously rugby is, you know, not only one of the fastest growing sports in the country, but even specifically down here in New Orleans we've had *** great rugby community since 1973 here with our men's team, high school rugby since 2000, and now, uh, Loyola coming on board as *** varsity program.

Sugar Bowl set for Friday, Jan. 15

The Allstate Sugar Bowl Football Classic will be played on Friday, January 15, 2027 - this will be the latest the Sugar Bowl has been played in its 93-year history as it will serve as a CFP Semifinal. The game is scheduled for a 6:30 p.m. Central kickoff and it will be televised on ABC and ESPN. It will be the first Sugar Bowl aired on broadcast TV since 2010.
