SHREVEPORT L.A - A Texas man is facing a record number of charges after a joint operation by Shreveport police and the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. Police say Joseph Holcomb crossed state lines to meet someone he had been communicating with online, not knowing he was walking into an undercover operation. "He contacted someone who he thought reasonably believed to be underage. Subsequently came from Texas and met us," said a Shreveport police Vice Unit officer.
