The news are fast paced, but fake news and false news lead to misinformation and uncertainty and spread confusion with misleading content

What does it mean to be a journalist?
A search for truth, and becoming mouthpiece of the weak and showing integrity in discharge of work

How do you prefer to be pitched on stories?
I prefer to be pitched through email with a clear subject line and a brief crux. A connection with current affairs or public interest, and any concise data or expert quotes will also serve the purpose. however I will not be favouring for mass forwarding content. Valuing personalized pitches that may reflect some understanding of my earlier work will be appreciable.
What tools and software do you use to do your job?
I use Google docs for writing,Google images for images,and Google scholar for research

Who do you wish followed you?
Youngsters، as they are the most vulnerable one now in presence of the internet which often has a negative impression on them. Our youth is our future builder. They should be given direction and their energies channelized in the right side
Why did you become a journalist?
For sharing meaningful content, assist and project unheard voices, and bring a difference in this indifferent world through words
Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?
No but I did for the magazine of the academy namely Aurora, my two book reviews are published in it. Moreover I was chief editor at my office for three magazines
What story are you most proud of writing or working on?
I wish to write more on values like compassion and kindness as rudeness and arrogance has hurt me the most denting my capabilities
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
Observe moral principles, always verify before you quote, and be in search of positive queries. Try to write on finance, Digital, tech, health, investment, and most importantly improving behaviours

Morning of course, when I plan my schedule

Concise, personalized and synchronized with my beat telling a compelling story and duly accessible.
What's the worst pitch you ever got?
Generic mass emails which were irrelevant, impersonal and completely off the beat

When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?
There is a storm of ideas in my mind and I most of the times trying to assimilate them and then write them and communicate with the world. I am a pacifist through and through. Also I will like to teach my daughters during that time

All those pieces on ethical content and also on social issues.
