The present study aimed to investigate the within- and between-day reliability of measurements for elbow flexion, knee extension, and hand grip Maximum Voluntary Isometric Contractions (MVICs). This study also examined whether force generation capacity was modified by the number of MVICs performed. Our findings demonstrate excellent within-day reliability for all three MVIC types, as evidenced by high Intraclass Correlation Coefficients (ICCs) ranging from 0.94 to 0.98.
