Research progress of TRK inhibitors and their structure-activity relationship
Introduction As a transmembrane receptor tyrosine kinase, the Neurotrophic Tyrosine Receptor Kinase (NTRK) play an important role in neurodevelopment and signaling. This protein family contains three distinct and functionally important subtypes—TRKA, TRKB, and TRKC—originate from separate genetic loci designated as NTRK1, NTRK2, and NTRK3 respectively. The genomic organization reveals that they have a high degree of homology with each other [1].
Blue phosphorescent solid supramolecular assemblies between hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin and triazine derivatives for achieving multicolor delayed fluorescence
Supramolecular cascade assembly based on host-guest complexation can not only induce the fluorescence/phosphorescence emission of the guest or host but also achieve effective cascade energy transfer [1], [2], [3], which is a hot research area because it is widely applied in targeted cell imaging [4], [5], [6], molecular machines [7], [8], [9], multicolor emission [10], [11], [12] and information anti-counterfeiting [13], [14].

Rotation-vibration model for the chiral doublet bands and wobbling bands in transitional nuclei
A collective model Hamiltonian incorporating a β−soft potential is proposed to elucidate phenomena related to triaxiality in transitional systems. The solutions derived from the model built within the core-particle scheme can be approximated using Bessel functions and subsequently applied to describe the exotic high-spin phenomena observed in the A≈130 mass region.

THE ROLES OF CD8+ CTLS, CD163+ TAMS, PDL1 IN TUMOR MICROENVIRONMENT IN THE PROGNOSIS OF PRIMARY CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM
Introduction: In order to explore the immune cell infiltration and PDL1 expression in the tumor microenvironment (TME) of primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL), we conducted this research and discussed the therapeutic importance and prognostic significance of TME. Methods: Immunohistochemical staining was performed on paraffin-embedded tumor tissues of 36 patients diagnosed with PCNSL. 3–5 fields were taken to represent the whole TME.

Objective: To explore the relationship between gene mutation characteristics of 18 cases of primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) and tumor immune microenvironment. Methods: Taking 18 patients with PCNSL (pathological type: DLBCL) as the study object, whole exome sequencing and immunohistochemical staining were performed on their tumor tissue samples.

Loss of bone density and bone strength following premenopausal risk-reducing bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy: a prospective controlled study (WHAM Study) | SpringerLink
Abstract Summary Prophylactic oophorectomy is recommended for women at high risk for ovarian cancer, but the associated impact on bone health is of clinical concern. This prospective, controlled study demonstrated substantial loss of bone density and bone strength following surgical menopause. Postoperative hormone therapy alleviated, but not fully prevented, spinal bone loss. Introduction This prospective study investigated bone health in women following premenopausal oophorectomy.

Borophene and defective borophene as potential anchoring materials for lithium-sulfur batteries: a first-principles study
Lacking effective anchoring materials to suppress the severe shuttle effect is a longstanding issue hindering the development of lithium–sulfur (Li–S) batteries. In this work, a first-principles study is carried out to investigate the potential of borophene and defective borophene, which have high ionic conductivity and adsorbent ability, as anchoring materials for Li–S batteries.
Boron phosphide monolayer as a potential anode material for alkali metal-based batteries
In this work, we adopt a first-principles study to evaluate the potential of boron phosphide (BP) monolayer as an anode material for alkali metal-based (e.g., Li, Na and K) batteries. It is found that the BP monolayer shows negative adsorption energies of ?0.202, ?0.160 and ?0.681 eV, respectively, for Li, Na and K. During loading, when any of the three alkali metal atoms reaches a critical position (?6 Å), the adsorption energy increases dramatically with no energy barrier.
On the calculation of solubilities via direct coexistence simulations: Investigation of NaCl aqueous solutions and Lennard-Jones binary mixtures
Direct coexistence molecular dynamics simulations of NaCl solutions and Lennard-Jones binary mixtures were performed to explore the origin of reported discrepancies between solubilities obtained by direct interfacial simulations and values obtained from the chemical potentials of the crystal and solution phases. We find that the key cause of these discrepancies is the use of crystal slabs of insufficient width to eliminate finite-size effects.
Biomedical applications of nano-titania in theranostics and photodynamic therapy
Titanium dioxide (TiO ) is one of the most abundantly used nanomaterials for human life. It is used in sunscreen, photovoltaic devices, biomedical applications and as a food additive and environmental scavenger. Nano-TiO in biomedical applications is well documented. It is used in endoprosthetic implants and early theranostics of neoplastic and non-neoplastic maladies as a photodynamic therapeutic agent and as vehicles in nano-drug delivery systems.
