Irradiated CAF-like cells enhance nasopharyngeal carcinoma survival and radioresistance via PI3K/AKT/DNA-PKcs axis
Abstract Cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) are key stromal cells in the tumor microenvironment (TME) and play critical roles in tumor progression and radioresistance. Radiotherapy kills malignant cells but also triggers stress in CAFs, which alters their phenotype and affects nearby tumor cells. However, how irradiated CAFs influence the survival and radioresistance of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) cells remains unclear.

POLY-Senolytic nanoplatform for tumor-specific eradication of senescent tumor cells and mitigation of radiotherapy-induced immune resistance of cancer
Abstract Radiotherapy (RT) efficacy is limited by RT-induced immune resistance. Here we show that RT upregulates programmed death ligand 1 (PD-L1) on senescent tumor cells (STCs) via bromodomain-containing protein 4 (BRD4) signaling, thereby promoting immune evasion. To counter this, we develop POLY-Senolytic, a polymeric senolytic nanoparticle formed by conjugating an acid-responsive polymer to a peptide-based BRD4 PROteolysis-TArgeting Chimera via a reduction-cleavable disulfide bond.
The CDK4/6 inhibitor dalpiciclib augments the antitumor efficacy of enzalutamide in preclinical models of castration-resistant prostate cancer through inhibition of MCM4-mediated DNA replication
Abstract Castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) is a fatal malignancy often associated with alterations in cell cycle regulation, particularly within the Cyclin/CDK/RB axis. Despite ongoing clinical trials assessing CDK4/6 inhibitors in prostate cancer, clinical evidence remains limited.

Accelerating Urban Flood Inundation Simulation Under Spatio‐Temporally Varying Rainstorms Using ConvLSTM Deep Learning Model
1 Introduction Floods are major natural disasters with impacts globally, characterized by their rapid occurrence, frequent recurrence, and uneven spatial distribution, resulting in significant losses (Devitt et al., 2023; Tellman et al., 2021). The increasing frequency and intensity of floods are widely attributed to global climate change, which alters precipitation patterns and exacerbates extreme weather events (Deng, Villarini, & Wang, 2025; Feng et al., 2025).
Boosting the growth kinetics of extra-large pore zeolite ZEO-1
Boosting the growth kinetics of extra-large pore zeolite ZEO-1 The first stable aluminosilicate zeolite with extra-large pores, ZEO-1, marks the great breakthrough in zeolite community after decades of exploration and endeavors, opening possibilities for processing bulky substrates. However, the long synthesis cycle and relatively low reproducibility hinders the wide application of this intriguing material.
Tailoring Na2FePO4F nanoparticles as the high-rate capability and Long-life cathode towards fast chargeable sodium-ion full batteries
Sodium-ion batteries (SIBs) are emerged as the appealing candidates to meet increasing demands of large-scale energy-storage systems because of their wide availability and low cost [1], [2], [3], [4], [5], [6]. Developing efficient cathode and anode materials is regarded as the main battlefields of improving the sodium-storage performance [7], [8].

A region-confined PROTAC nanoplatform for spatiotemporally tunable protein degradation and enhanced cancer therapy - Nature Communications
Abstract The antitumor performance of PROteolysis-TArgeting Chimeras (PROTACs) is limited by its insufficient tumor specificity and poor pharmacokinetics. These disadvantages are further compounded by tumor heterogeneity, especially the presence of cancer stem-like cells, which drive tumor growth and relapse.

Constructing custom thermodynamics using deep learning - Nature Computational Science
Abstract One of the most exciting applications of artificial intelligence is automated scientific discovery based on previously amassed data, coupled with restrictions provided by known physical principles, including symmetries and conservation laws. Such automated hypothesis creation and verification can assist scientists in studying complex phenomena, where traditional physical intuition may fail.
Optimization of supraclavicular lymph node clinical target volume delineation in high-risk breast cancer: a single center experience and recommendation | BMC Cancer | Full Text
Many clinical studies on breast cancer confirm the significance of the prophylactic irradiation of supraclavicular lymph node drainage areas. It not only reduces the local recurrence rate but also significantly improves overall survival [2,3,4]. With the development of radiotherapy technology, radiotherapy of the supraclavicular region has changed from traditional two-dimensional radiotherapy to three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy, followed by the modern intensity-modulated radiotherapy.
A Numerical Study of the Dynamic Crack Behavior of Brittle Material Induced by Blast Waves
1. Introduction The drilling and blasting method [1,2] plays a crucial role in tunneling and underground mining operations, as it effectively governs rock fragmentation, ensuring construction safety and quality [3]. However, the blasting process can notably affect the fragmentation and fracture zones in deep and high-stress environments, which may differ significantly from those observed in conventional conditions.

OnsagerNet: Learning stable and interpretable dynamics using a generalized Onsager principle
Abstract We propose a systematic method for learning stable and physically interpretable dynamical models using sampled trajectory data from physical processes based on a generalized Onsager principle. The learned dynamics are autonomous ordinary differential equations parametrized by neural networks that retain clear physical structure information, such as free energy, diffusion, conservative motion, and external forces.
