SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) – We’re continuing to track a stretch of hot and humid weather across the Coastal Empire and Lowcountry as we head toward the end of the week. High temperatures will stay in the low to mid 90s through 4th of July on Saturday with very limited rain chances, only about a 10% chance of a stray shower or thunderstorm. With plenty of sunshine on the 4th, temperatures will climb into the mid 90s, with some inland locations possibly reaching the upper 90s.

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) – We’re continuing to track a stretch of hot and humid weather across the Coastal Empire and Lowcountry as we head toward the end of the week. High temperatures will stay in the low to mid 90s through Friday, with very limited rain chances, only about a 10% chance of a stray shower or thunderstorm. For the Fourth of July, we’ll keep a slight 20% chance for an afternoon shower or storm, but most communities will stay dry.

Hot and humid conditions will stick around through the rest of the week and into the weekend, with a chance for a few afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms each day. For today and tomorrow, storm coverage remains lower, with just a few stray showers and thunderstorms developing during the heat of the afternoon.
