TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) —The Idaho State Department of Agriculture completed its third round of testing for the invasive quagga mussel this season. Madi Peterson, the mid-snake coordinator for ISDA, said they are just getting started with sampling. “Statewide, we have about 3,500 samples to pull, and the mid-snake is only a portion but we are looking very closely here because of the historic detections we have had and we need to go through it with a close comb,” Peterson said.
