A former CIA officer arrested after the FBI found golds bars, a big stash of cash, and dozens of Rolex and other luxury watches in his home, pleaded guilty to scheming to defraud the government of nearly $194 million, the Justice Department said. David Rush, 49, who was arrested last spring, entered his plea on Tuesday, the DOJ said of the case being prosecuted in federal court in Alexandria, Virginia. Details of the plea were not disclosed in a release.
