Abstract Lung cancer remains the leading cause of cancer mortality worldwide. Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICI) targeting PD-1/PD-L1 have significantly improved outcomes in a subset of patients. OncoPrism, a clinical test employing a multidimensional predictive RNA-based immune biomarker, was evaluated for predicting immune checkpoint inhibitor benefit in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients.

Abstract Dihydropyrimidine dehydrogenase (DPD) deficiency is the main known cause of life-threatening fluoropyrimidine (FP)-induced toxicities. We conducted a meta-analysis on individual patient data to assess the contribution of deleterious DPYD variants *2A/D949V/*13/HapB3 (recommended by EMA) and clinical factors, for predicting G4-5 toxicity. Study eligibility criteria included recruitment of Caucasian patients without DPD-based FP-dose adjustment.
