Degradation-Activatable Nanozyme via Metal-Peptide Co-Design for Sustained Antioxidant Therapy in Traumatic Brain Injury
1 Introduction Traumatic brain injury (TBI) is a devastating neurological disorder initiated by external mechanical forces [1], characterized by primary mechanical damage and delayed secondary injuries mediated by complex molecular cascades [2]. Secondary injuries, which often surpass primary damage in clinical severity, can lead to severe neurological consequences such as cerebral edema and cell death [3].
Primary somatosensory neuron-derived Zn 2+ orchestrates muscle regeneration via Hippo signaling pathway
Dear Editor, Skeletal muscle is a striated muscle tissue that is anatomically attached to bones via tendons and is densely innervated by nerve fibers from both motor neurons (for voluntary contraction) and somatosensory neurons (for proprioceptive feedback and somatosensation)1. The extraordinary regenerative capacity of skeletal muscle ensures its recovery from injury, preserves mobility, and maintains metabolic health, making it essential for longevity and physical performance.

Quadratic Mode Couplings in Rotating Black Holes and Their Detectability
Quadratic quasinormal modes encode fundamental properties of black hole spacetimes. They are also one of the key ingredients of nonlinearities of general relativity in the ringdown stage of binary black hole coalescence. In this Letter, we classify all possible quadratic coupling channels of quasinormal modes for a generic Kerr black hole and use a frequency-domain pseudospectral code with hyperboloidal slicing to calculate these couplings.
