When employing light sheet fluorescence microscopy (LSFM) to capture fluorescence images in semi-transparent biological specimens, the image quality often degrades due to stripe artifacts caused by light-absorbing or light-scattering media inside the specimen. To address this issue, we conceived a novel approach, to the best of our knowledge, to utilize multiple light sheets generated via a micro-lens array.
