A fire set deliberately at a Dundalk apartment complex more than 34 years ago killed a 66-year-old man and remains unsolved, according to Baltimore County Police.

It's a consequence of three years of below-average rainfall. Baltimore City's Department of Public Works placed signs and a closed gate at the launch.

If you have a story idea to share, please email me at watson@wmar.com FINKSBURG, Md. — A Bureau of Land Management mustang has been roaming near Liberty Reservoir for weeks, raising safety concerns among neighbors as school traffic increases in the area. Baltimore City, which is responsible for Liberty Reservoir, confirmed the horse is a BLM mustang that was scared by a lawnmower and jumped a fence.
