Baltimore police are looking into a chaotic weekend in Fells Point. There were reports that an 18-year-old may have been grazed by a bullet on South Broadway late Sunday night where two-to-four gun shots may have been fired. There has been no confirmation yet from police. On Saturday night, police were called in to disperse a crowd of more than 1,000 people from the area. No one was detained and there have been no reports of any injuries.
