Daydreaming Artists is set to have a community-centered event, Artists Against Raids, on August 29, 2026 in Los Angeles to support families affected by immigration raids. The benefit event is in partnership with Trenzas Amigas, who are offering braided hairstyles for donations, and of course the wonderful venue, Hello Stranger, which will be hosting the event. In place of an admission fee, the organizers have asked for donations at the door.

Roypim recently shared the music video for “Window (IDC),” the second single from the artist’s upcoming EP. The track is a breezy, indie wave of growing pains, while the video highlights ever-changing perspectives backed by a jangle-pop melody. On the A Boy In Red direction, the artist utilizes the impact windows have on our perspectives, from being inside to then looking back from the outside.

Austin-based artist Angel E., better known as EddieAngel, follows his debut EP with Chicano Blues, a five-track release that marks a defining moment in his artistic evolution. Rooted in soul, blues, pop, and Chicano culture, the project is both a love letter to his identity and a confident declaration of the artist he’s becoming.
