ICE Activity Outside Burbank City Jail Prompts Concerns

While agents from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) were recorded making arrests outside the Burbank City Jail on Sunday, July 5 — and according to witnesses using the Burbank Police Department parking lot as a staging area beforehand — the BPD maintains it is not working in cooperation with the agency nor abetting its operations.
