Image Credit: Jason Brown, midlifegamergeek.com Marvel regained the rights to publish Conan comics back in 2018, having been largely responsible for the character’s modern popularity via the publication of various Conan titles in the 70s and beyond. Would there have been a Conan the Barbarian movie in the early 80s, had the character not been popularised on the comic book page? Perhaps, but Marvel’s work certainly helped to breathe new life into the largely forgotten character.

Riftbound Card Ban List Updated; New Ban List Created

Ahead of the launch of Riftbound’s fourth set, Vendetta, Riot Games have added three more cards to their ban list. You can find out more about why each card is banned on the official Riftbound website, but it essentially boils down to cards causing problems that’ll get worse as the card pool deepens, or ones which are simply overpowered in the current meta.

Image Credit: IDW Comics This 20th issue of the current Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series marks a significant milestone in the comics history of the Heroes in a Half-Shell. That’s because this is the 300th mainline TMNT comic overall, which is incredibly impressive. The Turtles themselves have now been around since 1984, which is also, in itself, pretty damn impressive.

What was your first job as a journalist?

Way back in 1999, I wrote a review for F-Zero X on the N64 for CEX. Fun fact: it was their first ever in-house review!

What's your favorite social network?

Twitter is most definitely the social network most suited to my style - mostly written content, with the ability to share more visual media if needed.

What's your favorite drink?

I find it hard to resist cherry flavoured fizzy drinks. No nutritional value whatsoever, but I have few other vices so I guess I should count myself lucky.
