Interview
What was your first job as a journalist?
In 4th grade, a friend of mine and I started our own weekly paper, "Pro Sports Weekly." Had no idea what we were doing lol.
What story are you most proud of writing or working on?
I won a Kentucky AP award for a story I did on Tee Salinas, a golfer with down syndrome. I loved getting to know him and his family.
What's your favorite drink?
Ale-8. It's a KY drink. Haven't had one? Buy one at Cracker Barrel.
