Another fall-like evening in the Valley

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) - Happy Sunday! Cooler temperatures for the evening as we start to slide into the mid 60s for the night. Overnight, we’ll see temperatures drop to some mid 50s. Through the work week, we’ll see warmer temperatures around 90 for a few days before showers return to break up the heat. By Friday and Saturday, we’ll expect a wet start to October but this will help push temperatures back just a bit. By the next week, we could see a few upper end 70s and low 80s for highs.

Nice and mild evening ahead

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) - Happy Saturday! It’s another nice day in the Valley and we’ll keep the dry and sunny conditions through the weekend. Tonight, we’ll drop temperatures in the low 60s. There will be a few upper 50s for some cooler spots. Sunday starting out in those upper 50s. A brisk morning so keep a light jacket around for the early hours! By the afternoon, mid 80s will return for the highs and we’ll see the day settle similar to this evening. Nice and mild upper 50s.

Isolated storms to close out the afternoon

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) - Isolated storms will hang around for the night. Expect heavy rain and gusty winds with some frequent lightning through the evening. Monday and Tuesday bring their own set of storms. So far, these are proving to be widespread yet isolated at times. We’ll see heavy rain chances, gusty winds and frequent lightning as our usual signs of storms but this will changes temperatures for the week. Cooler air brings about a nice change of pace for highs.
