Owning and running a bed and breakfast has always been Jenny Moriarty’s dream. Her husband, Jim Sharp, remembers her telling him just that on their first date 11 year ago. Fast forward to marriage and two children, the couple now lives in Massachusetts and owns an Airbnb called “The Nest” in Coventry on Eagleville Lake, about five minutes from UConn. “We each grew up vacationing on lakes,” says Moriarty. “I’m originally from Oregon and spent summers visiting a friend’s lake house in Sagle, Idaho.
