SPOKANE, Wash. — In Spokane, the fall leaves are just about gone, and our temperatures are dropping. Like it or not, it is time to talk about winter. We already have snow up in the mountains, but is it a sign of things to come? It's going to be another La Niña winter. We've had so many La Niña patterns in recent years and so many duds, so will this finally be the one that delivers? I think so.
