Nishimura & Asahi. Courtesy photo Japan’s Nishimura & Asahi is to integrate its Taiwan practice with Taipei-based Lexcel Law Offices from January 1. The integration of Nishimura & Asahi Taiwan and Lexcel will create a new international full-service law firm, the Big Four Japanese firm said in a statement. Nishimura opened its Taipei office in April 2020, becoming the first Japanese firm to establish a physical presence in Taiwan.
