Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton has hired a private equity and M&A partner in Paris from Kirkland & Ellis, joining the list of big firms adding talent in one of Europe’s top deal-making centers. Emmanuel Enrici is joining Cleary in late July after spending seven years at Kirkland, including nearly five as a partner. Earlier in his career, he was an associate at Latham & Watkins for six years, according to his LinkedIn profile.
