I worked as a reviewer for 148Apps a news & reviews site for iOS apps.

Yes, I am old enough to know how to replace the ribbon on a classic typewriter.

What tools and software do you use to do your job?
I use Wordpress, Photoshop, Premiere, and a variety of Google apps

I spend entirely too much time on Twitter. I like that it is a running ticker on whats going on in my circles. I can check in quick and see .
Why did you become a journalist?
I like games and when I was offered a writing position I needed some $ so I said why the heck not. Fell in love and haven't looked back since
Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?
I wrote 1 article for my college newspaper. My editor asked if he could fix up some of the wording and ended up rewriting it. Not cool.
What story are you most proud of writing or working on?
I like the piece where I really feel like I am shining a light on something that other people might ignore.
When's the best time to pitch you?
I suppose if someone were to pitch to me, it would be over tea and cookies. I get very agreeable around tea and cookies.
What's the worst pitch you ever got?
No one really pitches me anything.

What's the most common misperception about your beat?
That game journalists are raking in the cash. We get paid a pittance for the amount of work we do.
