Strategies that induce viral mimicry and type I interferon (IFN-I) signaling may enhance tumor immunogenicity but remain poorly explored in sarcoma.

Results For this study, we followed the guidelines from the International Society for Extracellular Vesicles.25 We adapted a protocol, previously applied to human primary dendritic cells, which are benign cells, to isolate L-EVs from S-EVs15 from cancer cells. The protocol employs differential ultracentrifugation (dUC) to pellet EVs according to their size and density, followed by flotation on a discontinuous iodixanol gradient.
