The responsibility for #CamiloCatrillanca’s death lies with politicians. Piñera pledged to find a “solution” to La Araucanía situation, and as @jcoulon puts it: officers were sent to Colombia, trained to kill, then killed Camilo. Surely there must be a political casualty?
