Prior to joining KTLA, Fenoglio was a general assignment reporter for KTRK in Houston. Before KTRK, he served as a weekend anchor and multi-media journalist for KRON in San Francisco.

A bystander’s video shows the moment a 37-year-old woman was fatally shot by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer during protests against ICE raids in Minneapolis on Wednesday. The Department of Homeland Security said the woman used her SUV as a weapon, ramming an ICE officer before the officer opened fire. The shooting occurred as ICE agents were conducting targeted operations in the city, DHS Secretary Kristi Noem said during a press conference.
