The chef who made history by hitting Food & Wine’s Best New Chef list without a dinner menu has ditched the Dutch babies and sorghum slab bacon for meatloaf and mashed potatoes. His Indianapolis restaurant, Milktooth, whose nearly 12-year run was a love affair with breakfast fare, is closing down after service on April 26.
