On the Main Line, we usually settle for suburban versions of Philly spots. Can't get into in Old City for Japanese cocktails and clever bar food? in Ardmore scratches the itch. Teresa's in Wayne flips that formula entirely. This dark, wood-paneled bar is good enough to make anyone mourning the heyday of hop on Regional Rail for Belgian ales and excellent moules frites. Don't come here if you suffer from analysis paralysis.

Today's job candidates expect simplified scheduling, clear communication and instant access to information. Here's how employers can meet those needs. Employers need to actively recruit if they want to attract top talent. Dear Advice Guy, I am getting people no call no showing for interviews or disappearing between offer and onboarding or onboarding and start date. Obviously that [behavior] is a red flag so the good news is I don’t have them as a team member, but it’s a huge waste of time.
