West Monroe woman accused of killing boyfriend with her bare hands

WEST MONROE, La. (KTVE/KARD) — On March 2, 2026, at 11:47 PM, the West Monroe Police Department responded to a 9-1-1 hang-up call. Upon arrival, officers discovered a male victim unresponsive at the residence. According to court documents, the victim was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced deceased. Detectives contacted the victim’s girlfriend, 50-year-old Fannie N. Holliday, and she allegedly mentioned that she was involved in a fight with the victim after an argument.

Monroe man accused of impregnating underage family member

MONROE, La. (KTVE/KARD) — In October 2025, the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office began investigating a child sexual abuse complaint in Monroe, La. During the investigation, authorities learned that 40-year-old Curtis J. Stevenson, Sr., allegedly forced an underage family member to have sex with him on multiple occasions. According to court documents, authorities were advised that there are active court cases against the suspect.
