Jimmy Jam was such a fan of the Minnesota State Fair that, at age 11, he would ride the bus by himself from south Minneapolis, transferring along the way, to the fairgrounds. He'd do this three or four times a year so he could eat Pronto Pups and practice on fancy new keyboards on display. This year, Jam will get a different perspective on the State Fair.
