Method details Corneal infection or stimulation HSV-1 was propagated and titered using VERO cells grown in Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium plus 10% FCS. Mice were anaesthetized with a mixture of ketamine/xylazine at 100 mg/kg and 15 mg/kg, respectively.
