While its survival benefit is well established, its impact on ovarian function and fertility preservation remains uncertain in premenopausal women. Methods: A systematic literature review was conducted using MEDLINE and Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde databases, covering publications from 2010 to January 2025.

Abstract Neoadjuvant pembrolizumab plus chemotherapy improves outcomes in early triple-negative breast cancer, but real-world evidence in patients with pathogenic BRCA1/2 variants remains limited. We analyzed 726 consecutively treated patients from the multicenter Neo-Real/GBECAM-0123 cohort who received at least one cycle of neoadjuvant pembrolizumab plus chemotherapy and underwent surgery.

Abstract The KEYNOTE-522 regimen is the standard of care for stage II–III triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). However, older patients were underrepresented in the pivotal trial. We evaluated the effectiveness and safety of this regimen in patients aged ≥65 years enrolled in the Neo-Real/GBECAM-0123 multicenter real-world study conducted across institutions in Brazil and Argentina.
