Mizzou wrestling recruiting coordinator Jarrett Jacques will wrestle at the Senior World Team Trials on Thursday and Friday in Louisville, Kentucky, in hopes of advancing to the Final X event June 19 in Newark, New Jersey. If Jacques wins his 163-pound weight class bracket, he will advance to a best-of-three matchup against James Green, who wrestled at Nebraska and was an assistant coach the past two seasons for the Cornhuskers. Green is seeking to make his eighth U.S. world team appearance.

This weekend in Louisville, Kentucky, Mizzou wrestling's recruiting coordinator, Jarrett Jacques, will be wrestling at the Senior World Team Trials in the hopes of advancing to the Final X event on June 19 in Newark, New Jersey. Mizzou wrestling announced Friday that Jason Hampton and Demetri Carrera are joining the 2026 recruiting class. This brings Mizzou's total number of incoming freshmen for next season to seven.
