These decisions are based in part on a comparison of the available investment choices and the costs of each option, plus the ease of having all 401(k) assets in one IRA for a person who has had many jobs over his or her working life.

Why James Harden should win NBA MVP ahead of Russell Westbrook
When you compare results, the MVP clearly is Harden’s Harden has accounted for almost as many points per game than Westbrook, while taking nearly 400 fewer shots. He also leads the league in assists. If Harden wins the MVP, he wouldn’t be the first star under Mike D’Antoni to do so. Steve Nash won two MVP awards with D’Antoni in 2005 and 2006. Harden’s numbers crush Nash’s. They aren’t even close. Harden is averaging 29 points per game. Nash averaged just under 19 points both years he was MVP.
Russell Westbrook is the undisputed NBA MVP, and it isn't particularly close
Oklahoma City is a team roundly devoid of talent. Without Westbrook, the Thunder would be in the lottery with the Lakers and Suns at the bottom of the Western Conference. Many argue that James Harden should be the MVP over Russ, but you need to consider the fact that the Thunder aren’t a team built around their star in the way Houston has done for Harden. Oklahoma City was designed for Westbrook and Durant, and when KD broke up the band, Westbrook was left with the pieces.
LeBron James is the NBA MVP (and has been for 14 years)
The Cavaliers are likely headed to another NBA Finals Everyone says the Cavs are having a down year, because they’re going to be the No. 2 seed after resting most of their players down the stretch. But who is the overwhelming favorite to get out of the Eastern Conference and reach the NBA Finals? Cleveland. Who does Brad Stevens, the coach of the No. 1 seed Celtics view as the team to beat? Cleveland. Who is the defending champion? Cleveland. This isn't a down year.
Russell Westbrook has the one vote for MVP that matters
Here is the only vote for MVP that should matter The NBA's second-worst 3-point shooting team, the Thunder spaced the floor about as well as a 2-3 zone. Harden not only had more help on the floor but also on the bench. With the right personnel – which he has in Harden and his Rockets teammates – Mike D'Antoni's offense produces video-game numbers. So while Harden was powered by X-Box, Westbrook put up his astronomical stats while still playing Atari.
