1 Introduction Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) is a chronic inflammatory skin condition caused by follicular occlusion, leading to painful nodules, sinus tracts, and scarring. HS is associated with metabolic syndrome, depression, inflammatory bowel disease, and inflammatory arthritis in adults, but pediatric studies are limited [1, 2]. This study aimed to identify comorbidities in pediatric patients with HS utilizing emergency department (ED) services.
