Compound muscle action potential scan dataset in adults with spinal cord injury and healthy controls
Abstract Certain neurological conditions, such as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and spinal cord injury (SCI), result in motor unit loss in muscles. The stimulus-evoked compound muscle action potential (CMAP) scan captures comprehensive information on motor unit recruitment that enables rapid and non-invasive assessment of motor unit status. However, few publicly available CMAP scan datasets exist to support research on motor unit number estimation (MUNE).
The psychological network structure of school principal well-being: the age effect?
ABSTRACT This study aimed to utilise psychological network analysis to investigate the inter-structural network of school principal well-being and age differences concerning network estimation, centrality indices, network stability, and network comparison. The sample includes 1274 principals from China. The findings provide a comprehensive understanding of the dynamic network and the impact of age on principal well-being at both general well-being dimensions and the specific item level.

Ni-Catalyzed Reductive Carbonylation of Ethylene with CO2 and Methanol: Potential for in situ CO2 Capture and Conversion
Ni-Catalyzed Reductive Carbonylation of Ethylene with CO2 and Methanol: Potential for in situ CO2 Capture and Conversion Reductive transformation of CO2 using green hydrogen or methanol enables the production of industrially significant chemicals such as carboxylic acid esters, which, however, is hindered by the dependence on noble metal catalysts and the use of halide additive.
Deep contrastive feature compression with classical machine learning enables ligand discovery through efficient triage of large chemical libraries
Abstract Improving in silico compound-protein interaction (CPI) predictability is critical for productive drug discovery. Current deep learning approaches largely rely on end-to-end models trained on limited labeled CPI data, overlooking preexisting, specialized compound-protein input representations. We present Ligand Extra trees-Accelerated Docking (LEAD), a virtual screening framework that accelerates docking by integrating rapid first-pass CPI prediction via ET-Screen.

Before the analysis, all data involved in this study were anonymised by the information department.
Interactively Integrating Reach and Grasp Information in Macaque Premotor Cortex
Abstract Successful reach-to-grasp movements necessitate the integration of both object location and grip type information. However, how these two types of information are encoded in a single brain region and to what extend they interact with each other, remain largely unknown.
Anomaly Detection of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Based on Improved DWT-CNN Multi-Current Fusion
1. Introduction Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors (PMSM) are widely used as a power source in all kinds of machinery and equipment, and, once an abnormality occurs, the equipment stops running if it is light, or the workers who operate the equipment are injured if it is heavy, so the detection of abnormalities in PMSM is crucial. Existing permanent magnet synchronous motor fault diagnosis research focuses on the lack of permanent magnet synchronous motor such as elevator industry research [1,2].

Achieving rhodium-like activity for olefin hydroformylation by electronic metal-support interaction of single atomic cobalt catalyst
Catalytic performance for olefin hydroformylation We applied the established atomic-scale Co-based catalysts in the hydroformylation of propene to evaluate their catalytic activity. Firstly, the relationship between Co loading and hydroformylation performance (TON and TOF) were studied (Figure 3A ). At high Co loading, e.g., 5% or higher, the TON was relatively low. For example, the TON for the Co(10%)/β-Mo2C catalyst was only 443.
Regioselective Hydroxymethylation of Alkenes to Linear Alcohols with CO2/H2 Using a Rh/Ru Dual Catalyst
CO2 is an attractive renewable C1 resource, and H2 is a cheap and green reductant. The combination of CO2 and H2 for hydroxymethylation of alkenes provides a novel synthetic tool to directly generate alcohols, especially linear ones, which are generally preferred as precursors of detergents and plasticizers.

Exploring the impact of teacher emotions on their approaches to teaching: A structural equation modelling approach
Research into teacher emotion has attracted increasing attention in the last two decades. The relevance of teacher emotion in education has been highlighted. However, evidence of how teacher emotions impact their teaching approaches is rather limited. This study investigated the relationship between two self‐report instruments – the Teacher Emotion Inventory and the Approach to Teaching. There were 1,830 teachers were approached from 43 primary schools in China and 12 primary schools in Hong Kong.

Fine control of metal concentrations is necessary for cells to discern zinc from cobalt
To compare the response of Zur, ZntR, RcnR, FrmR and FrmRE64H to Zn(II) and cobalt, Salmonella cells were cultured in minimal media (~4–5?h) supplemented with MNICs of each metal (giving ?10% inhibition of growth), ensuring multiple cell division cycles in the presence of metal (Supplementary Fig. 2). Transcript abundance was visualised by end point reverse-transcriptase PCR and enumerated by quantitative PCR (qPCR; Fig. 2a–e).
The Effectors and Sensory Sites of Formaldehyde-responsive Regulator FrmR and Metal-sensing Variant
The DUF156 family of DNA-binding transcriptional regulators includes metal sensors that respond to cobalt and/or nickel (RcnR, InrS) or copper (CsoR) plus CstR, which responds to persulfide, and formaldehyde-responsive FrmR. Unexpectedly, the allosteric mechanism of FrmR from Salmonella enterica serovar Typhimurium is triggered by metals in vitro, and variant FrmRE64H gains responsiveness to Zn(II) and cobalt in vivo.
The Effectors and Sensory Sites of Formaldehyde-Responsive Regulator FrmR and Metal-Sensing Variant
Author contributions: D.O. carried out the in vivo survival and gene expression experiments, bioinformatic analysis, and developed the fractional occupancy model for formaldehyde modification. C.P. did the in vitro metal-binding and fluorescence anisotropy experiments, and generated FrmRE64H crystals. E.P. and I.U. solved the X-ray crystal structure of FrmRE64H. J.C. and T.G.H performed the LC-MS/MS. L.N.S. and C.P. determined the intracellular glutathione concentration.
