A disturbance in the northern Gulf of Mexico has an increased chance of developing into a tropical depression or tropical storm before landfall, according to a Sunday night update from the National Hurricane Center. The system now has a 70% for tropical development over the next two days, increasing from 30% earlier in the day.

My grandfather told me to always listen to a person's story. I was inspired and never wanted to do anything else.
