The Ceres Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating Ajit Kaur, a 72-year-old woman who was reported missing by her family on the morning of August 23. Ring camera footage shows Kaur leaving her apartment in the 3100 block of Whitmore Avenue around 1:45 a.m., but she did not return. A suspect was killed in a shooting involving at least one officer at a Lodi McDonald's Monday morning, officials said. The Lodi Police Department said officers around 9:30 a.m. went to the McDonald's at West Lodi Avenue and Church Street for a reported disturbance.
