MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) — With the USDA cutting up to 1$ billion in funding for two of its programs aimed at helping schools and food banks provide fresh food, Community Kitchen Myrtle Beach says its Children’s Hunger Initiative Program is taking the hit. While in school, kids are provided with school lunches.
