BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Severe weather rolled through Western New York early Thursday morning and led to a Tornado Warning for southern Cattaraugus County. The National Weather Service issued the warning just before 8:45 a.m., and the communities impacted included: Salamanca, Allegany State Park, Hinsdale, Great Valley, Carrollton, Randolph, Napoli, Ischua, Lyndon, and Humphrey. Active weather is expected throughout the region on Thursday, including high winds, storms, and possible flooding.
